ICL takes proactive actions to ensure it does not use any 3TGs (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten and Gold) which are sourced from the “conflict region,” the area of eastern DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo) and surrounding countries. ICL operations do not consume or purchase any 3TGs. \

ICL is increasing its role in a responsible supply chain, both as a supplier and as a consumer. It is taking various steps to ensure best practices in its own supply chain. As part of this process, ICL has checked whether any of its production sites use one of the 3TGs. The results indicated that from 2020 3TGs have not been used in any of ICL’s operations or production processes.
