ICL views continuing education as an integral part of the work experience. The Company empowers employees to take their development into their own hands by learning proactively and independently. The Company’s management believes that this approach enables development and growth and creates a better overall work experience.
As part of ICL’s global learning strategy, it has sought to enable its employees to easily access learning and development opportunities that are individually tailored to their needs. Striving to create a modern and flexible learning experience, during 2020 the Company developed a proprietary platform called MyCampus@ICL. It is a one-stop-shop for learning opportunities where employees can find all they need to take their development into their own hands. MyCampus@ICL consists of a wide range of learning opportunities to enable success in a dynamic and ever-changing world. Areas of development include leadership, professional and personal development, and future of work.
ICL is proud of the success of MyCampus@ICL, which was recognized by its employees and earned the internal Most Innovative Service Project Award. Driven by global trends and the necessity to unleash employee potential and enable an agile workforce through reskilling and upskilling, ICL is moving beyond MyCampus@ICL.
In 2021, we introduced the next generation of learning, WeGrow@ICL. WeGrow@ICL is open-source platform and its curated content is powered by AI and based on an up-to-date skills profile, providing real-time insights about workforce skills, beyond role (role-based skills, personal skills, and strategic, Company-wide skills). With WeGrow@ICL, we are not only enabling our employees to take their development into their own hands, but we also enable them to upskill, reskill and redefine roles to better align with future needs.
Connecting learning to skills and skills to opportunities builds agility and resilience for whatever the future may bring.
The SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), still used for mandatory, compliance and open enrollment offerings, is seamlessly embedded in the WeGrow@ICL solution.
Average hours of training provided in 2022 was 46 hours per employee

ICL Leaders: Leadership Development Program
To maintain ICL’s competitive advantage and strengthen its leadership’s effectiveness in an increasingly disruptive world, we have developed a unique and impactful leadership development program called ICL Leaders. The program is focused on enabling the personal development of leaders within ICL; building a strong community of leaders that will create system-wide impact across the organization; and reinforcing leadership capabilities that embody ICL’s leadership model. ICL’s leadership model is at the heart of what ICL is as a company. The model represents the values, key qualities, and capabilities of an ICL leader: someone who embodies and cultivates Care, Dare, Grow, and Winning Spirit. CARE is ICL’s bedrock. Caring for people, the Company and its surroundings enable ICL’s people to GROW and empower them to DARE. Together, these qualities support and drive a WINNING SPIRIT that takes ICL’s people to new heights.
Based on this leadership model, ICL has developed and implemented several leadership programs:
