ICL manufactures numerous products that are used in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and food markets. As a result, ICL invests substantial resources to develop and manufacture safe, high purity and high quality ingredients.

Pharma and Nutra

We manufacture a range of products that meet the existing requirements of international pharmacopeias, including the USP and EP, as well as products with high purity and efficacy standards that have received approval by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

We market products that are used as active pharmaceutical ingredients in the manufacture of medicines, as well as products that support better health.

These include:

Scoralite ® Calcium Carbonate - an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) in the manufacture of medicines for the treatment osteoporosis.

Potassium chloride - used for the treatment potassium deficiency.

Magnesium - we are a leading provider of high purity and high quality magnesium compounds of various forms for supplements and tablets. These compounds meet the strict standards of pharmacopeias and food codices.

In addition, many of our products are used as intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry.

Personal Care & Cosmetics

ICL is an international leader in the production of specialty minerals for personal care products that allow the formulator the freedom to create exceptional products with enhanced skin and hair-friendly properties.

Our range of products includes, among others, our unique natural minerals derived from the Dead Sea which provide natural, healthy and sustainable solutions. These include the CareMag product family and bath salts.

ICL has formulated a variety of specialized, environmentally friendly cosmetic ingredients to meet the growing needs of the cosmetics industry.

Safer and Naturally Based Personal Care Products

ICL has developed a new family of personal care products. CareMagⓇ D, CareMagⓇ B and CareMag® M are based on natural materials from the Dead Sea. The products are 100% naturally based and approved by COSMOS, the Cosmetic Organic and Natural Standard which establishes certification requirements for cosmetic products in Europe and is the standard recognized globally by the cosmetics industry.
