ICL Employer of Choice: Acting in response to employees’ feedback and needs

ICL’s first global Employer of Choice Survey took part on March 2019, and encouraged our employees around the globe to share their thoughts and opinions about working in the company.

The survey addressed a variety of crucial employer of choice topics, such as: leadership, enablement, development, meaning, employee experience and more.

Following its results, the company management along with its employees, initiated and executed multiple improvement plans across all ICL sites, focusing, among others, on transparent communication, work processes simplification, learning and development plans, as well as recognition, fun and wellness activities.
