With great pride, we announce that 23% of our senior management positions are held by talented women. For the fifth consecutive year, ICL has been recognized by the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index, reaffirming our commitment to promoting gender equality in our organization. ICL is committed to mitigating our environmental impact, and we are thrilled to share our progress in this area. We have achieved an impressive 18% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions compared to our 2018 baseline. Additionally, we have made a commitment to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi), further increasing our dedication to setting ambitious goals and pursuing sustainable solutions for a better future.

At ICL, we believe in leveraging our resources and expertise to make a positive impact in times of crisis around the world. In response to the crisis in Ukraine we actively participated in various initiatives aimed at providing relief and aid to those in need. ICL swiftly dispatched our dedicated rescue teams to Turkey following a severe earthquake as first responders, our teams worked tirelessly to provide immediate assistance and support to the affected communities, showcasing our unwavering dedication to humanitarian efforts.
ICL is committed to our communities. We are proud to contribute $14.5 million, to support social causes and initiatives that create a positive and lasting impact. We actively engage with our communities, collaborating with local partners, and encouraging our employees to volunteer their time and skills to create a better future for all. In 2022, our employees reached 60,000 of volunteering hours. We firmly believe that by working together, we can achieve meaningful and lasting change.
ICL plans to build a LFP cathode active material manufacturing plant in St. Louis, Missouri. The plant is expected to be the first large-scale LFP material manufacturing plant in the US and is designed to produce high-quality LFP material for the global lithium battery industry, as ICL Leads the efforts in U.S. to Develop Sustainable Supply Chain for Energy Storage Solutions, with $400 Million Investment. The LFP plant represents a significant expansion of ICL’s energy storage portfolio and demonstrates the company’s commitment to developing high-quality specialty products for agricultural, food and industrial applications.

We are on a continuous quest to create sustainable solutions that positively impact our world. We Use sustainability as our R&D compass when deciding on our focus. These innovative solutions span across diverse areas including advanced fertilizers, clean energy storage and soil health management. We also stay committed to promoting sustainability across all our operations and supply chain.
ICL’s commitment to sustainability is evident in its strategic integration of sustainability targets within its financial operations. This undertaking of sustainability-based financing, including a €250 million sustainability linked loan (SLL) and a $1.55Bn sustainability-linked revolving credit facility (RCF). along with our pledge to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) demonstrate our dedication to a sustainable future.
ICL recognized for its commitment to gender equality, included in Bloomberg Gender Equality Index (GEI) for the fifth consecutive year in 2023.

ICL Iberia – Suria awarded IFA’s Green Leaf Award for safety, health, and environmental excellence in the Phosphate/Potash Producer Category.
The Israeli ESG Rating firm ‘Entropy Corporate Governance’ upgrades ICL’s corporate governance rating to “Advanced,” recognizing the company’s strong practices.
ICL won the prestigious Verdantixs global competition award for Innovation, Excellence and Improving EHS performance in the fields of safety and social impact.
